Rhonda Butler received her undergraduate accounting degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and obtained her CPA certificate in 1995.  As a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs, she sits on the board and is a past President of the Shreveport Chapter and has participated on the state society's New CPA Committee.  She has served as Chairman of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Walk of Stars Committee and on the board of the Krewe de les Femmes Mystique.  Rhonda is a graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.  Currently, she serves on the board of Aneca Federal Credit Union as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.
